I'm not knowledgeable in appraising domain names, but in general terms, it seems price is a formula of presenting to the right person, at the right time, with the right name, at the right price. Perhaps a search engine search for "tremendous gifts" or tremendous AND gifts would yield a list of potential buyers. Just a thought.
