Being just a dictionary word, no TM issues at all as long as the owner doesn't compete on the same category of products/services.

65,000,000 Google results that mention the word "Shout." Not saying that means everything... But consider this. The name is easily recognized. Its an expressive word, which means depending on your focus, it could possibly describe your website by name alone.

Would make for a great chat portal. Good for shout outs, a place to relieve your anger and frustration, and would even make for a great advertising agency.

You have a lot of directions to turn on this one... With clever thinking... The name has a lot of potential. 90-100k seems like a realistic value in todays market.
