closed Software to for Domain Appraisals?

I just found this software apparently tells you the value of domains instanstaly. Anyone ever try it before?

It's just an application that takes certain parameters, like TLD, length of name, if it's 1 or more words etc, places a value to each and calculates the total 'value'. There is no universal method of evaluating a domain, unfortunately.

 

Another software like that is used on www.urlbuyers.com - but free.

are any of the software titles out there any good? I mean, I dont see how these programs can re-adjust to market trends and things like that.

I guess the best way would be to code your own tool.
