suggestion needed for 8 year old website, to sell or not with asking price

Its been a while I have been thinking of selling one of my websites in either marketplace or on a forum like DNF. It is approx 8 years old website with good on search engine and usage. It is a ".org"

In terms of pageviews, site got .95 million page views in 2009, 1.2 million in 2010 and .87 million in 2011.
In terms of daily earning (per day), $3.34 in 2009, $5.7 in 2010 and $5.95 in 2011.

I have not done any SEO campaign , Traffic generation campaigns... nothing.

Shall I be justified in asking for 10 years of it's revenue generation? I want to keep it fixed price and not an offer type
