I don't see any value in this. It is not a word or a phrase commonly used. As it consists of an adjective and the comparative of a word there are alternatives that could be made up for reg fee that would equally mean as little (eg bestrarest.com, themostrare.com, etc) and would take the same amount of marketing time and money to achieve anything.
