I am selling syschat.com, a premium .com name. It used to be used for my computer forum, which had 130+ members and 1500+ posts. I closed the forum because GoDaddy lost all my files! It now gets about 50 uniques a day and gets about $.10/day with sedo. Most come from tutorial directorys or type-ins and the domain is still PR3 (Used to be PR4). It is an excellent domain, it is short, .com, easy to say, easy to spell, and it is in a high demand field: computers and forums! Asking price is $800, but I will consider all reasonable offers!

.$10 a day x 24 months doesnt = $800...

You have a couple of sites linking back to you via google but over 70% don't exist anymore. Most sites that backlink to yours are coming from forums by your own posts.

I would lower your asking price..
