I only picked up one, noix.ca (means 'nuts' in french). It's a good sign that competition is still strong in the TBR. Did everyone see that article at Forbes.com 'Get Your Internet Domains Now'
I know who bought style.ca, he lives 10 minutes from me, is a friend of my wifes family, I have done various business with him and continue to as of last week.
At Pool, I noticed the domains that were showing 1 bidder were still at the minimum. How does pool determine who the 1 bidder is if all participants in that auction had to bid the minimum $60 to be included? Is the bidder the person who first backordered the domain?
ex: i'm in the auction for xyz.ca and it's only showing 1 bidder at $60 and it's not me.
It takes a couple days before you get an email to transfer to your CIRA account. Assuming pool knows that info already, if you haven't received it yet you should contact them.
Spex, i am pretty sure that the first person to backorder a name is usually the bidder who wins it at $60. If it was shown as red to you then you had to bid.
