This site was launched officially/non-officially on August 1/2006 A little less than one month ago.
I did my first email teast end of July, first products added August 1.. Sales started August 2nd
I launched the site with E-Mail Blasts to my personl Opt-In List.
The site has since created a new Opt-In list of repeat customers. The list is at about 65. I am seeing at least 1/2 new signups a day.
Since the sites launch, the site has made $758.00
The site would have made more but I was traveling throughout the West Coast for 12 of these days.
As you can see by the traffic, the site gets pretty good traffic each day. Usually the high peaks are days we've done an eMail Blast about a new product.
What's included in the sale.

2) The existing Customer Base
3) DLGuard License was bought around the same time ($127)
4) The site was skinned and given this cool Web 2.0 look from a fellow Site Point Member.
5) I'll provide the hottest, newest "marketing" products for one year. Yes, normally you would need to buy these products with the rights to sell. I run quite a few sites and will provide these products free of charge for one year. Normally, if you tried to do this on your own, the products sometimes run around $37 with the PLR packages originally costing upwards of $197
You wont have to buy anything for one year.
6) One Product blast per month for 12 Months to my "Full" Opt-In E-Mail list of 9,000, this will help continue to grow your list as well, and keep the sales coming in.
7) Links on my other others will be kept in place.
Site potential?
Given the site has made $760 in less than 1 month days and over only a fraction of those days, this is an excellent deal.
If you look at the second statistic, you can see the time I was away, the traffic dropped dramatically.
However, when I did my blasts, which we did 5 times since the launch,
The sales have been excellent!
All proof or whatever can be provided no problem.
This site is a sitting gold mine. With a person willing to take it to the next level, you will make easily without a doubt $500-$1000 a month.
The site will always continue to grow.
I think you can see by the traffic and the stats, the $758 was actually made in a short # of days
The other traffic is people coming back to check for new deals.
With DLGUARD everything is automated. Meaning, you must upload the product, type in a description, add your PayPal email. The rest is completely automated. By this I mean, all downloads and customers emails with downloads links, happen automatically.
I will also help to continue to market the site, provide the products, and do everything I can to ensure the original investment is returned.
The deal will be done through Escrow.com and Buyer Assumes all fees. I'd prefer the site to be moved to your own hosting, but I can keep it hosted for now.
