I think that you need to fix the right column so that all elements
have the same width.

I think Market Update sould be in the middle column.

Also maybe your logo needs a little work. www.thenews.us seems out of place.

Maybe try phpBB for the forum or vbulletin.

I like the overall layout, but I would try and make the site more browser friendly. Computers with 800 x 600 screen resolution have to scroll left and right to view things. Does the site work well with Netscape and others?

thanks insominia and yup a lawyer by day until some of these sites make some money so i can give it up,,,,,,,right outside boston chelmsford
