When registering a domain you should always know what it could potentially be used for. If you can see no route to monetisation a potential buyer will likely face the same hurdle. I think Biggie is asking how you envisaged its potential when you got it. I recently added a 2 word keyword filter on expiring and expired domains and there are THOUSANDS of two word non-related terms that may appear at first salesworthy but a moment thought leads you to the same question. SelectMenu however could be used a couple of ways off the top of my head so I think to a motivated end user you would be looking at 3 figures upward. I don't see much reseller value in it though. I would outreach to programmers, restaurant owners, and advertising agencies.
