Appraisal if developed. I do not think the "The" brings it down to $0. I'd develop it and stil by my previous appraisal.

Ok, I've developed the site ( www.TheSEOKing.com ).

I've added a SEO-oriented directory, some SEO articles, some SEO tools, an RSS newsfeed with SEO-oriented articles.

There's 209 pages listed in Google, along with 207 backlinks. The "future" predictors say it'll be a PR3 after the next update. There've been 180 unique visitors so far this month, it averages 33 per day. It's made almost $8 in Adsense in September.

Any comments on what it could be worth?
