Just acquired this domain. I am thinking I will develop, before I explore selling. Something perhaps in nutrition or weight training, since this is something I am interested in any way.

Any input on the value of the name alone would be greatly appreciated!

Great name 15-20k would be my appraisal.

Could also be a good typo for Think and thing. Park it, or slap a developed page on it and see how many visitors it brings in daily.

Thanks! That is one direction I could explore. I was also thinking of the technology possibilities. For example: Thin Tv's, thin cell phones, thin computers etc... Just a thought.

Nice collection of four-letter .com's you have!

Name just transferred to you today. Congratulations on your new acquisition.

Yesterday in this forum, face.com was submitted. Today, thin.com. You don't have to be an expert to see both are simply amazing and have vast development/marketing possibilities.

Thank you for sharing this name with us.

Another great purchase Derek, I'm sure you got a good deal! :)

I'm thinking in low xxx,xxx lots of potential in the weight loss industry, might even be higher for a motivated buyer.

Not quite as strong as Face.com IMO , but still as good as it gets when it comes to LLLL.com's . I would say that you could expect to sell it somewhere around $75k and possibly venture into the $xxx, xxx range as well. Good luck with it!

Slim is a much better keyword than thin for both weight loss and electronics. I've never seen a TV or phone be marketed as thin, and I've never known 'thin' to be a desirable body shape. I appraise at $15-30k.

Thanks all for the great replies! I was lucky to get this name as the previous owner said he had never before wanted to sell the name. It just so happened he needed the money.

Though appraisal opinions differ, I appreciate those that took the time to add their comments.

Some really great names are turning up for appraisals all of a sudden. I see it reaching $50 to $100k in the Sedo auction.
