hard to appraisse dot tv's because they get little direct navigation traffic(except tv related keywords like soapoperas.tv etc), the key is in finding the right end user who plans on advertising on tv so good keywords like yours have good potential, finding the right enduser is the hard part. dot com's have 1,000's of endusers and dot tv's a few, you might try listing them with greatdomains, they like dot.tv and get quiete a bit exposure
