I don't see anyone typing in that phrase, nor a phone brand using it as a slogan.

smartphones are practically synonymous with the terms cellphone, phone or mobilephone
and none of the variations "thinkcellphones, thinkmobilephone, or thinkphones would have appeal.

Actually did some research on the keyword and those synonyms and i discovered that some of the extensions have been registered as well. Names like thinksmartphones.co.uk, thinkmobiles.com, thinkmobile.com, thinkphones.com and many related domains have been registered. Also this name also brings in traffic through direct navigation.

perhaps next time, you should include the quoted info, in your initial post.
though some may be registered,
thinksmartphones.co.uk is parked,
thinkphones.com is listed for sale
thinkmobile.com does resolve
still, if you are getting some visitors, then the CTR and EPC for the name, may give you better indication of value.
