good letters, dont sell to a reseller, wait for an end user that pays at least 25k,
emails coming from gmail accounts etc. dont even bother, if its a generic email its a guy that wants
to pay reseller price (reseller price is 10-12k IMO and you can get that ANYTIME, if you need the money initiate an auction at Sedo and let the guy know about it and see where it goes, otherwise ask for at least 25K

Thats what I wanted to hear. I am new to this forum, but now new to domains. However I have 3000 .de Domains and only a few .com and I wanted to be sure I was not overestimating this one.

I thought it would be somewhere between 20 and 40k depending on the right end user.

And I have lots of time.
