Yep... was just about to post. Believe it or not:

Dear Registrars,

Please note that the TBR session scheduled for 2 p.m. today, Wednesday November 17, 2010, has been cancelled as a result of an unknown technical difficulty. We will keep you updated as soon as possible.

Thank you for your understanding

What are these people doing?! CIRA, at least admit that you screwed up and launched the system prematurely. The "Technical error" bit is getting old.

Any .ca domainers in favour of overthrowing CIRA?

Burmac just sent me an email saying I won three domains. So is sharedwebhosting . ca actually mine right now???? I even paid for it!

I'm was assuming this is a joke. I had to wait for a few posts to acknowledge it.

Un-freakin-believable! The LEAST they can do is not add in next week's list if the TBR is run next week, PLEASE!!!

WTF... this is a friggin joke. :(

OMG you read my mind...

TB or not TBR, that is the question...

Maybe they should just release the names overnight and not tell anyone, just bypass the whole TBR thing this once.

Next release is planned for 12/12/2012 and will have 1,000,000 domains dropping.

Okay, now they have crossed the line. This has gone beyond incompetence at CIRA.

I suggest we meet or communicate outside the forum to examine practical moves we can make.

Two registrars are telling me things looked pretty damn good on their end! Now we all get to waste our valuable time doing it all over again.

I'm shedding a tear for all those traffic domains that when finally released will have no traffic! When a domain takes six months to drop that makes them rather useless doesn't it?

the worst part is that the bid prices have gone up at some TBR registrar places because there has been some jockeying/posturing on price - so another week more increases

my Baremetal account looks like a Kalidoscope at a KISS concert

I know. All the backorder prices should be reset back to original price. This is just getting ridiculous.

i cant believe this - my wife and i spent freakin so many hours looking at all those domains!! OMG!!!

please, please, please dont add this weeks batch to the TBR - my eyes can't handle it...or at leat make a sepperate list to browse the new names

ihate.ca is dropping as well

What a never ending mess. It seems CIRA has already decided that this week's domains will be added to next week and that next TBR is Wenesday 24 Nov with 35,000 domains expected!

At least we have the ability through myid TBR interface to only check the new domains on Nov 24 without them being mixed with those of Nov 17. Could you imagine sifting through 35,000 domains?
