RealNames' thread http://www.dnforum.com/showthread.php?t=60946 got me thinking about other annoying words/phrases used here all the time (by me too at times probably)

10. "rare or one of a kind domain name" Really?

9. "Blowout"

8. "all pm's replied" just post "bump", please :smartass:

7. ! ...nuff said

6. Selling crap:...A List of Strong Keyword *.obscure country code* blowout

5. "Serious Offers Only" what?

you guys fill in the rest maybe over use of font/color/size attribute could be one?

"I no longer have time to develop these domains..."
"Need to sell to focus on other projects..."

Just admit it... you've got a dog, and you need to dump it so you can move on with your life :)

Premium Domains!

Awesome Keywords!

Huge Overture! (without extension of course)

Makes no revenue yet .. but huge $$$ with a little effort!

Killer names ... with appraisals!

buy name-name-name.info ...the dot com without dashes sold for $10,000!

Great one word .com's ... will trade for type-in names!

One of a kind ... 8 billion links, 17,000 Alexa ...ummm .. no traffic stats yet.

Selling off all my gems cheap .. to concentrate on my development projects.

Anything that will trick stupid buyers into buying the crap that you were stupid enough to buy!

This list could be 5 times as long ...

Me too - some nice tips here. It's obvious these terms/techniques work because everyone seem to notice them! :smartass:
