I am quite disturbed about the AriFrance typo squatting ruling!
The problem is... where do you draw the line? If I own Joke.com, am I going to be sued for typo-squatting on Coke.com?? Mike.com sued by Nike.com???
As I'm sure members know, Ari is a legitimate male name! So if your name is a misspelling of a trademark, does that mean you cannot register your own name?
What if Ari Smith lived in France and wanted to register AriFrance.com? BUSTED!
Personally, I think this sets a very disturbing precedant!
