I don't know if anyone else has run into this, but recently I had noticed at least 2 domains of mine have had their nameservers change "mysteriously", one was to a Domain Sponsor (information.com) parked page and the other to Godaddy parked page.

I don't know how many other domains in my 400+ domains I have with them have this issue. Guess I have to check one by one.

This is not the way for a registrar to put ppc money into their own pockets.

If I catch this again I'll have to move my domains elsewhere.

Anyone else have this happen to their domains?

could it be a domain that you 'bought" from someone and forgot to change the "ns"

it has happened to me before

Have your domains expired? Otherwise, you should inquire and know the truth.

No. Both domains have been with me since I registered them.

One I reg'd in 2002 and the other is a client's domain. No reason to have the nameservers change.

Or are the nameservers you were using previously now lame?

Meaning - are they working?

Yes they are. I had to go in and switch them back to the original setting. But even if they weren't, GD shouldn't be switching them to their parked page. If I want the domain to point to a dead server then that is my option.
