Since you ask, my appraisal is $0.

UNIX is a famous, distinctive, and registered trademark.

The site would go to a hosting company or a company that deals with UNIX. How can there be something wrong with providing a unix service ?

It all depends on your license arrangements with the TM owner.

A trademark is intellectual PROPERTY. Note emphasis on the word "property." The TM owner ultimately controls what is done with their property (mark).

If you are a licensed dealer, you may be able to use it. Alot depends on the agreement.

Without an agreement, you might need to prove your use is legitimate, either in court or in front of a panel.

See the [webergrills.com] UDRP for some of the issues.

I at first wondered about that. Usually Sedo doesn't allow most TM domains ,but it parked fine. I notice a lot of other unix domains are for sale and have been sold for decent $ in the past. Thanks for all the input, it is appreciated !
