I'm unsure at this point. The thread I posted claims he's a trouble seller, but it doesn't specify whether or not he doesn't follow through on sales or if the domains are stolen.

If he has a history of not following through, you're good since you already have the name.

But if the names are stolen, you could possibly lose the name and not get your money back.

Ok here I have 2 question , how we can trust the thread in namepro

The starter of the thread never post any proof

And how he verified the ownership of the all domains

i don't have namepro username , if he have dnforum username please send me all proof , I have verified details of the original seller

Im ready to start legal action

Its mid night in india , and I'm in iPhone , so I'll get touch in the morning

I'm not sure we actually can trust the information in the NamePros thread. I'm just pointing out that there has been a claimed discrepancy in the past regarding the same domain names you are currently selling.

For all I know, you are the legitimate owner of these names and the whole thing has been a huge misunderstanding. If the buyer has no issues, that's all that matters in my opinion.

P.S.

Just because I'm curious, what possible legal action could you be talking about?
