I aswell live in Vancouver and with our "lower mainland" population of over 2 million people... xxxx is not an exageration! But obviously, it would help to get some developement on it though...
Look at craigslist... IMO 1XX-250$ as a name

undeveloped, $200. if you setup a proper directory and hustle for a few months to build up some real vancouver momentum, then place a couple of free banners from some big players in Vancouver, you might get it up to $1000, depending on revenue.
