I dont see high dollars in it, but you never know. All it takes is one end user to appeal to it for their developement. I've sold domains in xxxx's that I considered dropping.
I agree with you both. I'm also sometimes amazed the traffic and clicks my "junk domains" get sometimes.
I'm also in the process of dropping some. Don't think I have to worry about them showing up in DNJournal but I would be pretty sick if they did.
I still think expiring domain auction frenzy jacks up the prices on some of these domains. I bet many of the domains that get snapped for high prices couldn't have been sold prior to expiration for the same. Time will tell, but like you said you never know what will happen sometimes in this business.
