Visual Basic / FoxPro

I have designed numerous mySQL databases and interacted with them with PERL and PHP. However, I have never done any PC databases with Visual Basic. I need to design a desktop application in Visual Basic that will be interacting with a Visual FoxPro database.

Does anybody know of any online references that has the basic setup and commands for database interaction via Visual Basic? If not online, perhaps a suggestion for a book at Amazon.com?
