I only can say I've had voip.fm for the last year (expired this year). The name makes sense but I was unsuccessful in selling it. Wish you good luck with selling or developing.

really hard to sell a unpopular ccTLD though with a nice keyword.

The .fm extension really brings it down... makes me think of Radio.. which is totally different than VOIP..
