I don't think you have much value here. When you register an English word .JP domain, it better be a blockbuster keyword of phrase or else it won't do much for you. English words that have been incorporataed into the Japanese lexicon can work, IMO. Otherwise, your name will only be useful for attracting the English-speaking expatriot market in Japan, which isn't that big a crowd.
$ 150 tops, IMO.
