Wanted: Domain [Wanted] database of business letters

Hi,

I am looking to develop my domain StandardLetters_dot_com.
The idea would be a repository of free business letters & forms templates etc
To give you an example of what I have in mind:

I need some contents and I am wondering where I can find free or paid letters with distribution rights (best would be a mysql DB ready for use) ?
