Agree on order of magnitude and on showing comps.

One extra split I keep seeing:
appraisal answers “what might it sell for”.
It doesn’t answer “should I touch it”.

A clean $5k number on a name with junk archive or a trademark overlap
is still a bad buy. Ranking expired lists by GoValue is useful for a first cut.
I’d still run history before the offer, not after.
 
I’m starting to think these tools are better at ranking names than pricing them. Getting the exact dollar value wrong matters less if they can still tell you which names are clearly stronger.
