I recently just sold one of my Web 2.0 businesses and as part of the deal I had to sign a non-competition agreement that restricts me from starting any web based businesses for 2 years.

I had been developing a website that allows members to make group buys together for the past 4 months called eBrab - http://www.ebrab.com

The way the site works is that every month 10 featured group buys are put up, members can join the group buys they want and they can see the price breakdown based on the number of people who join the group. The website is fully 2.0 functional and has a built in community. Members can make profiles and send messages.

The back end on this site is amazing, when a group buy is over you can automatically send invoices to all people in that group.

Lastly, the best part in my opinion, is that the site allows members to suggest group buys that they want to see. Other members can then sign up for member posted group buys and then every new month the top vote getters are made the next featured buys.

If a member wants to join a group buy, it cost them a designated amount of tokens, which cost X dollars each.

This website was my baby for 4 months and I am just looking to get back the money I put into to develop it. The revenue potentials are endless whether you mark up the final discounted price or if you just make money from tokens.

Here is an example of how much money you can make, I did a test for a pair of True Religion jeans that retail for 300 dollars. Lets say 300 people join the group to buy the jeans at a discounted price, I then go and get the wholesale price of the jeans of 100 dollars. I then go back and invoice the members for 150 each (they save 150 dollars, I make 50 dollars). If only 200 actually come through and pay, I would still make 10,000 dollars. And you can do this with any item.
Revenue Details:

As mentioned the revenue details for who ever runs this website can be endless, whether its from the tokens, the advertising revenue (it has a built in ad system), or the mark up on the items.

If you can build up a member list of 20,000 members, you can easily sell this thing for a couple hundred grand.

Also:
The Admin on the site is amazing, when a group buy fills up, with one button you can send everyone a invoice, see member info, create partners to post, edit postings, anything you can think of.

The BIN is 5000, and I am open to any offer.

Feel free to email or pm questions. Thanks!
