i picked these up a while ago, and have the interest of a buyer. they want an asking price, but i don't really know the value of the domains. i intended on using them both, but if i can get a good price for one of them i can let one go, and use the other.

appraisals on the two anyone? and in the case the i do sell one, which would be better to keep for myself in the end?

I would not pay reg fee, but if some one is asking about them. I would say $50 to $200, but I would say $500 or give your best offer to them. Or better yet, tell them to give you their best offer.
