Can you do better than a parking service or a website template? I'm looking for a partner with expertise in developing websites for advertising revenue generation purposes. I have over 75 generic dotcoms for development and purchase more every week.
you should be able to:
Cherry pick the list of names for those with best revenue potential.
Give an estimate of revenue potential for months 1-24.
Develop the sites that are well written in English.
Help me keep hosting services, etc. to a minimum.
Maintain sites with current relevant content.
Maintain sites with maximum revenue generating opportunities.
I will provide the domain names and all direct costs of developing them.
Your compensation would be:
25%-50% of quarterly profits for months 1-24. This would be based on how the sites perform compared to your revenue estimates.
Additonal revenue share beyond month 24 based on the sites maintenance needs.
I am not a greedy bastard and will be more than fair with anyone who can help me make money! I would really like to make a long-term partnership that can create long-term cash flow for both of us.
