I don't like "ie" on "woman"; I would prefer "y".
Notice that I said woman too. Women is plural of woman, including more.
You're trying to create a new brandable term here. With the -y would make it more of a possessive noun, e.g., woman's shoes, but, womeny. This is different from "womanly" which is an adjective, e.g., "Those shoes are very womanly."
Either way, this would be confusing with the adjective provided above and I'd bet even after a hard marketing campaign, womanly would still get the type-in traffic. I think this may be why the 2008 campaign of it being a women's health blog failed (womeny.com).
I give this a solid drop.
In the meantime, here are some potential candidates, just don't expect much:

That's the minimum I'd take for it and drop it by next renewal if it doesn't come.
Though, you might get more, or less, if you choose to use NameLiquidate. It will start at $998 and go down to $9. At the very least, you could recoup registration fees and try again with a better name.

My experience is that no, you don't. You just have to agree to transfer the domain in a timely manner if and when sold.
