When will it drop?

I found a domain I want that expired on 28 september 2008. It still shows up as registered though. When will it be available for public registration?

Yes, I know I can backorder it or use Pool or something like that but it's not worth it. I just want to pay the regular registration fee for it if someone else doesn't snap it.

Anyone know?

It appears to be enom. At least that was my conclusion when the nameservers said dns1.name-services.com
