The owner and admin contact address should be in France.
Trustee/proxy or mail forwarding services will do.
I've worked with several registrars, and I find EuroDNS the least difficult to deal with, mainly because Freddy there does such a great job: he's very responsive and helpful (pm me if you need his email address).
Depending on your needs, there are other registrars which are cheaper, eg. gandi.net
it's probably their ill-conceived "fraud detection".
These systems will usually flag everyone with an IP address in Asia and a whois address in a different place as fraudulent. It's annoying and not very professional, but it can be sorted out.
it can be worked outcontact them and explain that your registration is legitimate. they're just a bit paranoid.
I remember Eurodns has been sued by the registry (Afnic) in the past because of that. I'm not sure it's a good idea to do that.Trustee/proxy or mail forwarding services will do.

Freddy ?
that means eurodns.com dun want customers from Asia?
Eurodns used the same proxy for thousands of domains (Laurent Nunenthal; try a google search). AFNIC felt that was too much...
A family member living in France as a proxy for a few domains will work just fine.![]()
Freddy you had a nice deal on .fr not too long ago. Any chance of having one in the near future?
