which form I should fill for godaddy reseller? W-8BEN or W-8ECI ?

Hi!

So sorry I would like to post my quesiton here since godaddy and WWD all email me they cannot give tax advice or suggestions as to which form I should use.

I think maybe there is godaddy resellers here and help me?


I have bought WWD's (godaddy's ) pro reseller plan. now I have to create a payee account, however, I am not a USA citizen but a Canadian living in Canada, so I have to fill tax forms. At present I don't have my own company but later I would like to register one.

So, in my case, which form I should fill? W-8BEN or W-8ECI ?
