That price may be closed to China citizens only but if you find out differently let me know.
Saw the story several days back but no mention of who, what, where.

they were always offered for less than $25 to chinese citizens. The new pricing of one yuan is also only for chinese citizens. They didn't even allow americans to reg it at this new price.
