Why no Female Moderators here?

I often wonder why their are NO Women Moderators here, Is it because none apply or is it because their turned down?.... I think it would be great to have one on board here, it would not only show some diversity, but would be beneficial to Female members who have issues that Women can better relate to.

I think if a "male" mod is being biased based on his gender then he should be fired. This is not a personal help forum or relationship forum, it's a domain forum, and with that said, any gender mod can help you with your problems, else you should find a different thread for that problem, know what I mean?

There has been (female mods) in the past, I'm not naming them..if you know you know, if not, too bad! I think Raider should apply...why not?

There are only a handful of moderators, IMHO not enough with the growing size and membership of the forum, but I am surprised that amoungst the moderators there is not one female, especially as some are quite forth coming on their views and can stand up for themselves.

I sincerely doubt if it is a bias against having a female moderator just that at the moment none exist or have not applied (assuming of course that any moderator who applies has to be acceptable and experienced enough - whether male or female). Seriously Raider you should consider applying, even if for a short period, I am sure you are respected by the mods, admin, and Adam.

Not surprising. There is a small percentage of females on this forum. If anything this forum might seem biased if they hired a female mod.
