Many people can develop websites...myself included, but there is no guarantee your sites will ever make much money.

Basically, these names are nothing special. There is nothing about them that makes them valuable or a reason why one would choose to develop these names over any others.

Yup, the big zero. You could probably get around any TM issues depending on how you develeoped them, but without development, nothing.
