I want to hire someone that makes adult websites. Need something exactly like Redtube.com and Youporn.com

What i want in the website:

• something just like youtube.com where members can upload their own videos, update profiles etc
• allows users to download videos directly from the website
• allows comments on videos
• creates monthly premium membership and paid directly to my account

• search
• forum

If you're looking for a custom solution, take your $150 and multiply it by 10, and use that as the minimum. There is no way in hell any developer worth his salt will take on that job for $150, lest he uses a out-of-the-box script.

The problem with templates and scripts is that, while they can make money, they generally don't. In addition, they leave a footprint that Google can find and, should a search result analyst feel vindictive, that footprint can be used to wipe out an entire network of web sites with just a few clicks.
