It's a beauty!
I must be missing something. It is nice but xx,xxx!
I think this is a great name.
There would be a huge gap between reseller and end user (IMO)
I would say:
Reseller: low to mid xxxx
enduser: upto low xxx,xxx
Between $25k - $50k
As I mentioned though, we are especially interested in the best case scenario potential end-user price, on a sunny day, with the wind at our back, with a motivated buyer, something of an auction going on, etc, even if that figure would mean some serious selling work. This is the figure we wish to put in our business plan.
Thanks for everyone who's contributed on this so far!
If you create a business plan with the BEST case scenario in mind only, that makes it per definition a NOT business plan, a business plan includes all possible scenarios, weights of those scenarios and a real valuation, because otherwise you could do that with any decent domain. If you want your business plan to be taken serious you need the low end as well, which is what you would get at auction Today, which is probably 10-25K (and only that high because of the traffic), from there you build a probability range with a time axis, and try not to get carried away with that, the chance of an enduser paying more than 200K is less than 1% each year in my opinon, so that one 1% chance lets say gives you on the project time frame of 5 years an additional "chance" value of 10K beyond the current reseller price. Any value beyond that would create a business plan thats not real but more like someone trying to make a list what he would buy if one of his lottery tickets would win.
