Would i have any problems with this domain?

Hey guys,

I am thinking about buying the domain PhotoShopTutorials.net off a member in the forums. I was just wondering if the domain would have any TM issues.

I wouln't have thought so at all in this case. Also, the term "photo shop" is a well-used generic, besides no doubt being a TM for the software package. I'd run with it and not give it a second thought. All IMHO.
