This site is in Spanish. 75%-80% of visitors are from latin america or other spanish speaking countries.

The site provides medical resources for preventing deafness and curing hearing impairments. It has been a site related to this topic for years.

I have only had this site for a couple weeks. The first thing I did was build a completely new web site. Actually I hired a Spanish speaking web designer. The design and content is custom and the copyright will transfer to the buyer.

The site gets about 30 uniques visitors and about 75 page views per day.

The traffic comes from search engines and links from other sites. The site is listed at google and has a PR of 4. If you look at google you will see over 250 links:

I have attached google adsense to this site and ads are popping in Spanish. I have this site on a channel with 20 other sites so it is impossible to estimate. It is no doubt making something though.

I have just attached extremetracking to the site so you can see for yourself the traffic and where the traffic is coming from. Just visit the site and click the stat link. I just put it up so please give it a few days so you can judge things for yourself.

I am selling this site because it doesn't really fit into our network. We don't have any other Spanish sites so it is hard to effectively utilize the traffic of the site.

For the right person this could be a great little money-maker. The Spanish speaking market online is growing at a huge rate, health care helps people so you can feel good about what you do and the return per click ain't bad either.

Will consider all offers over $100.

I think the extremetracking is now giving a good indication of where the referrals are coming from. Mostly search engine traffic and links from other sites.

There are banners to this site right on the front page of popular spanish sites.

Also search engine traffic coming from google, yahoo, altavista, etc. Health care is eternal so this site will maintain or increase traffic for the forseeable future.
