I like it for catchiness, length - geographically limited but we do have a thriving gambling industry. IMHO I'd take a crack at $2000-$10000.

Put it this way, I'd be prepared to pay $2k for it (not an offer - I'm not in that market) and would hope to get $10k for it, given say 18 months to move it on.

It can be read as BetAll.co.uk (hence the gambling connection) or BeTall.co.uk
I really can't see this being worth even low $xxx. I hope it is as I have a host of similar, brandable betting .coms. Also 'bet all' is hard to say, it sounds like 'betal' unless you say it slowly.
