With sale comes domain, vb leased license, all info in relation to media affiliates.
Vbulletin is Version 3.5.3, fairly modified with points system.
Site has NOT been indexed. However site does currently run site mapping and does have analytics installed (analytics account is NOT for sale but i am willing to allow usage of it for 2 months until buyer has his own).
Site has some active back links, they will NOT be removed by me. I can account for aprox 4 of them that drive traffic in.
All users are legit. I have 2 accounts on the site, there are NO paid posters that have attended the site and done work on it.
Premise Behind The Site:
Was to get users to acquire points via posting images, consumer content driven. As they get points they can purchase their way into the other categories such as:
Girl Pictures #2 ** NUDE **
Girl Pictures #3 ** NUDE & HARDCORE **
Once the site had reached a certain amount of users i wanted to use my affiliations to stream video.
Then turn around and charge a donation fee of $2 per year for full site access or the user could opt to post for points and by his way in that way.
Reason For Sale:
No time. I have a number of other sites that i focus on (none of which are adult related). So after attending to them, i have no drive to add content to the adult site. If the site was automated it would easily become a huge money maker and even create a large member DB.
Conditions of sale:
Money transfer via online banking. all fees MUST clear before you may have access to the content or SQL.
Paypal, add 3%, must clear to my bank before l/p handed over for ftp or cpanel.
Purchaser has 2 weeks to move the site. During this 2 week period the purchaser cannot use the account for anything other than what its being used for now, so no posting Media Clips and spamming them everywhere.
Buyer incurrs all costs of pushing domain or license transfers if there is one. If you use godaddy i believe its free.
Ive been offered a decent amount for the domain alone. But i believe it is still worth more than the $x,xxx.00 USD that was offered. The domain is great and has some very valuable keywords. The term "girl pic" was searched 46066 times in april according to overture.
