Immediate thoughts got to web hosting for students, but I would steer away from that and perhaps look to set up some kind of students travel site where people can post and swap information on accommodation (hosts) for students travelling abroad.
The "has potential" factor probably brings the price up a little from a "reg fee" evaluation.
