1ipod is not a trademark. I think this is a great "legal" name and the best around.

Actually, you guys are the ones following me here. I've been a member here longer than both of you. Trolling my ass. I own the domain and asking an appraisal question. Dipshit. The bullies at NamePros won't give me an appraisal, so I'm asking t here. Get it? And of course I can't get it here since the NamePros bullies have arrived. Watch who you call a troll there Chief.
You guys are freaken clueless about trademarks. If you think 1Ipod is a trademark, you need a better understanding. Seems that you guys at NamePros have blown that thing waayyy out of proportion over the years. Your crazy stories about legal fees, prosecution, etc.... where do you guys get these stories? It just shows your knowledge. Seriously.
I've heard it will cost me 10k in legal fees, prosecution, jail, etc.... do you know how dumb that sounds? If you truly think that, it again shows your lack of knowledge and experience. Your definition of a trademark infringement goes right in line with all the other crazy legal claims.

Noone takes squatters seriously, thats why you won't get a serious appraisal from anyone, whether its here or NP...
You asked for an appraisal and when you hear the facts you tell people they dont know what they're talking about when its basic common sense...anyone can tell its a trademarked name...deal with it..
Its people like you who give all domainers a bad name...you aren't going to enhance your reputation here acting like a know-it-all
