3 terms of a general but uncommon phrase I think not, furthermore it describes an action not a product or good. Names like learntodrive.com learntocook.com etc. would stand a bigger chance of succeeding because it can be described as a common phrase.
Besides all that, I don't think "learning time tables" leads to much commercial success in any case.
