.org are best used as single name organizations ... althought you have some good keywords there ... I don't think the .org gives them much value in plural form.

MesotheliomaLawsuit.org may have value because of the nature of the cancer and the number of lawsuits that have been undertaken for clients so stricken.

The domain could be used as an “info” center to assist others, or for someone to tell their story about dealing with the cancer and pursuing litigation.

I would say low to mid $xxx for MesotheliomaLawsuit.org

Isn't the online Mesothelioma info/lawyer space oversaturated?

I can see the first one being developed as a decent real estate company/agent directory.
