I have a ton of 3d domains... in a lot of different fields... what do you think of these? (I have a lot more... this is just a sample... I have a lot of 3D printing medical applications, dental applications, tools, toys, etc... )

My problem with many of the names you list is that they aren't truly memorable, in the sense that some have several alternative possibilities. With funprints3d.com, for example, how is someone looking for the name to remember that it's not 3dfunprints.com, or fun3dprints.com?. Others are names that aren't necessarily 3d ones - homeprintkits.com, for example. It seems to me that the phrase people will look for in the name is 3dprinting, which is the correct one for the innovation. So, 3dprintingpart.com rather than 3dpartprinter.com, or toy3dprinting.com rather than toyprint3d.com. If I got a 3dprinting name I liked, I would ideally try to get the 3dprint version also, as a support for it, but not the latter without the former.

How much does that ton weigh ?
I think 100% (more or less) will never sell, you should have bough one or just a few domains but better quality. So the odds of making a sale increase and you won't be on the fence at renewal time.
Quality > quantity

Then again your own kids are never ugly... I had some money to play with... if none of them sell like you say... lesson learned... I happen to think some of them are going to sell for a lot of money... which will cover any losses.

But if 3dParts.com sold for $40,000

I have a hard time believing Pro3Dparts.com is worth zilch... (I could brag and boast about why the others are great but I will spare you)

Most likely they are going to type, "Print 3D jewelry".... I own Print3DJewelry.com.... I have a hard time believing that is worth nothing.

Yes, most of these the phrases or terms are in the wrong order, you are better off havimg 3 or 4 decent names as you will have to get lucky to sell any of these
I would check out some of the other 3D threads and you will see what sort of names sell in this niche. Also create some google alerts regarding 3d printing and you will learn about all the new 3D products

3Dparts.com is very broad and perfect for a company selling 3D parts, you will have to wait for someone to want the "Pro" on the front? It can take years...
