Hi there,

Is there any good appraisal site or script that we get accurate results from?
Current ones fail on appraising domain names such as estibot.com and valuate.com.
They analyze domain names with wrong combination, for example; when I try them for "admascot.com" or "admascots.com"
they shows these names keywords as "a dma scot" but its orijinal keywords are "ad" and "mascot". Also, those appraisal sites say that these names against trademark because of those wrong appraisal functions.

Will be glad if you give me some suggestion.

Cheers!

Don't buy domains based on automatic appraisals. Buy it based on the age, keyword and extension.

You already own the best piece of software you'll ever get your hands on...your Brain. Gain experience in selling domains. You will begin to find the upper ranges of what each buyer will pay. That is the most accurate result.

Right, but sometimes we need an average price or some amount between top and bottom.
Gaining experience in selling and buying domain names takes quite a long time especially for a newbie.

No.

As said above, brains and experience are necessary. No bot can replace that.
Study the market carefully, look at what sells.
Because an appraisal is only good for the ego, it doesn't mean your domains will likely sell at all, let alone at the appraised price.

Actually, I'm trying to cope with wrong analysis "api" that I mentioned in my first post, they separate keywords of a domain name in a wrong way.
So, it causes an inaccurate price suggestion and that makes me too confused. Also, they gives zero as domains price. Ironic :)

Well, it seems they only way for being able to adjust domains price it what you all said.

Thank you all!

Cheers!

The time is going to pass either way. When you look back in a year or so would you rather have experience or not? The more you apply yourself the faster you will get there.
